I am a caring, compassionate, and client centered registered psychotherapist who supports my clients in finding their own unique direction in managing their symptoms. I work with people struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as supporting couples struggling with communication and marital breakdown or struggling with blending their families.
I also work with supporting first generation Canadians who are having trouble forming their cultural identities. I am experienced in conducting immigration assessments and a registered provider for the Immigrant, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada program (IRCC). I am also experienced at working with emergency responders struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder or workplace stress and burnout. I am also a registered provider for the Veteran Affairs Canada (VAC) rehabilitation program.
If you are looking for a therapist who can help you reach your goals through effective coping skills and gain satisfaction in your life, I would love to connect with you for a consultation.
